Has anyone here completed or even tried to complete the Insanity workout by BeachBody?

I used to be really fit but for the last 6-8 months I've put on a few pounds. I'm thinking of doing this workout to get in shape for my wedding but not sure I'll be able to do it.

Is This A Good Question? (3)

When I was younger I worked out very aggressively. I fit that Body Build of a "Ripped" and "Packed". However, at 73, and being the end result of an equally hard active lifestyle with as many injuries, I've lost all of my Mass and have wrinkles where the muscles used to be. The moral is, I may not have come this far, had I sat around drinking beer and smoking. If you are young, Exercise, eat healthy, don't smoke or drink, and you will have an older life you can enjoy.

it's really tough and gets results, but frankly results are always pretty tough to achieve at some points.
nothing like good old cardio and weights 5-6x per week.
tabata style training is giving leading results for rapid effects to date.

Yeah if you take a pic on day 1 and then after day 60 you get a free t-shirt! I'm 90% set to do it just the £100 price tag putting me off if I flop on the first day.
