Supplements only work when your body doesn't get enough of whatever. Taking probiotics and vitamins and supplements when your body doesn't need them is a waste of money, all of it gets flushed out of your system.

I've no clue about ketones, but most supplements don't do much. Most recent studies show that supplements (multivitamins, etc.) don't actually do anything useful and that one should always rely on a good diet.
