I don't actually believe in diets of any kind. I think the best & only way to lose weight is to change your lifestyle.. eat less, eat better & exercise more.. which I need to do :)
Except you don't stay on a "diet" your whole life! Had you planned on using this stuff til you die or only til you lost weight? Hopefully, when a person's ready & willing to change, they change their every Day diet - what they're eating & drinking.. know what I mean?
