    No.they haven't -but then I'm not a deliberately obnoxious customer looking to whinge about everything.I'm guessing your question is prompted by the story on "Today Tonight' earlier this evening.

    Yes and that's the "state of the nation". Today's humanity has lowered it's standards in so many ways. From "instant celebrity" to "customer service". It's not how it used to be. And why would someone purposely
    make it harder for the customer service staff? They get paid so little to put up with other peoples' crap. Life is hard, give these workers a break.
