Has your dog ever acted like he/she is alpha over you and you're like a lower-ranked pack member?

And what did you do about it?

Not above me.
My mom's boyfriend had a real cool pitbull named Joker. He was SUCH A GOOD DOG. Joker so thought he was human and equal to me. We would fight over the couch and the bed. But I hung out with him like he was my friend. He was such a smart and loving dog.

Male golden retriever, 90 pounds, tried it on the bed with the wife watching. We were very playful and going back and forth for 30 minutes on which "dog" would lay on top of the other....I knew what the dog was trying to do. He lost. Kids later killed him by leaving him in a hot locked car for 8 hours.

God it would be awful if he did!
My dog outweighs me by 30 lbs, if he wanted to dominate me he probably could!

My husband and male dog consistently fight over domination. He even steal my hubby's clothes and take it outside to tear appart. He even took him by the arm and drag him away from me, or hump his leg at any given opportunity. He love our dog and let him get away with it. Although he would not leave him in a hot car for 8 hours, he would give him a slap in the face from time to time just to show him who the "MAN" is.
