Have a good nonprofit fundraising idea? HELP.?

The economic collapse has all but destroyed funding for two of the nonprofits I serve, and we are completely dependent on volunteer staff - barely paying the rent for the offices...And yet, we could not be in more demand by the families who need our services - Anyone have any good SOLID ideas for fundraising? Want to help in some way? Thanks. The nonprofits are www.bigskyfarm.4t.com and www.newlifetexas.org in case you are interested.

Have a huge yard sale . Ask everyone you know to donate stuff and post ads in the local paper,craigs list, etc stating what it's for. You will be amazed by the turnout! I have done this 2ce . Good luck!
