Ok, so we eat more than we need and media reinforces that. Don't give your body a hard time, it fights back with obesity. Now that we cleared that up, eat breakfast cause that sets you off for the day. Not a huge breakfast, even just five biscuits or so. It's just really stooopid not to eat breakfast, I have learned:-)) All the best!

Breakfast is by far the most important meal. But it has been suggested that we increase to five meals daily but with smaller portions.
