Don't do it, because if you do the people who did this to you win. Show that you're stronger than they are by not letting this beat you. I'm sorry this has happened, and no one should have to suffer these things, but I promise with time your wounds will heal. Life may not feel worth living right now, but don't be a coward and take the easy way out. If this abuse is continuing you need to get out now and contact someone who can help you, if you are away from these people maybe you should consider seeing a councellor or therapist. Trust me it would make all the difference, there are also group councelling meetings where you can meet people who have gone through similar experiences. You are not alone, stay strong, you're worth it.

You ARE worth living! It is your tormentors who are worthless.

If necessary seek professional help to overcome the low self-esteem, but remember that if you were to take your own life they would win.

Also, even if you never have any contact with the scum again, and don't report them to the Police, while you live they will be in fear of you now. For they will be haunted by the fear of civil- or criminal-law action against them, shattering their lives as they tried to shatter yours.
