Have you any good remedy for headaches?

Sorry if I sound like a Dr lol but...

A hot bath helps a lot. put epsom salt and ground ginger in it, it helps release tension. :) also some herbal teas, and most importantly lots of WATER! Most headaches are from dehydration. hope this helps!

Tiger balm or water, you could be dehydrated.

Clary Sage. It's an essential oil that when warmed produces a scent that really does relieve headaches. It also has wonderful relaxation qualities.

peppermint oil.. rub it on your temples... and on back of your neck

I experience a lot of headaches as a result of sleep deficiency. I will typically take one Ibuprofen tablet, and a dose along the lines of six 500 mg White Willow Bark Extract capsules and four DL-Phenylalanine (DLPA) capsules. Repeat if necessary, proportioned according to how your head feels. I get them from Swanson.

Once when I had to drive a long distance on short sleep, I took 31 of those White Willow Bark capsules and 22 DLPA capsules in the course of a day without harm.

press your fingers into the sides of your head just above your temples or above/ behindish.... my Vietnamese friend's family does it.... its amazing.. :) best of luck
