    I tend to say the phrase "life is pain"... not in a whining emo self-cutting way.. but in an indifferent way. Like everything bad that is happening is just a little reminder of that. "What? We had homework to do? Ah, right. Life is pain."

    Well...I try to meditate.
    I talk to myself, and try have the "doctor-patient" relationship with myself.
