Have you eaten anything healthy today?

Yes, for breakfast I had a "Green Monster" a smoothie made with three cups spinach, half a frozen banana, and a cup of Almond milk. For lunch I had salad with spinach, red and yellow pepper, shrimp, and balsamic vinegar with an apple. And for dinner, I had a chicken, mushrooms, peppers, and salsa in a whole wheat tortilla.

No, I haven't eaten at all today, yet. Still indulging in my unhealthiest habit at the moment -- my second cup of coffee...

I've not eaten at all yet today, been up for 2 hours, this is bad. Glad you asked, I'm gonna go make my breakfast, or at least a protein shake which is what I do when I'm in a hurry. I try to eat healthy at least once a day to counter the crap like the soda and popcorn at the movies last night. I also should be taking vitamins, but dropped out that too, and exercise. Ugh. I'll have to fix that. Personall, I feel that taking SOME care of myself the last 30 years has left me looking younger at 52 than many other women, and I'm grateful for that.

Not eaten yet but I have been drinking Gatorade Rian Berry. Maybe some fresh fruit in a little while. Blueberries, Stawberries and Bananna's.

triscuits...whole grain...with real olive oil as flavoring.

Otherwise, I would've just had choco-peanut butter cookies.

oh yes, my basic breakfast:

whole oatmeal
ground flaxseed
non-fat milk
fresh strawberries

I had a glass of moo juice, stirred but not shaken, and a multivitamin. Alas, the moo juice was not fresh squeezed.
