I didn't "break" my wrist, but I did shatter it. More like completely destroyed. The doctor used the phrase"well what is shattered anyway?" as if even shattered wasn't enough to describe the damag I did simply by falling off my bike while going downhill.
So now I have 2 rods, 2 screws and 2 plates instead of a left wrist. Also I've got an expoed nerve left over on the inside of my wrist. Damn, did i ever hurt when they removed the staples, especially the one on the exposed nerve
