Have you ever felt intensely ill for a short period of time......?

....only to have it dissipate?

I really thought I was coming down with something yesterday. I was weak, my muscles hurt and I had a headache. I even had that sick glaze in my eyes. It lasted about 4 hours.

Suddenly, I felt better. What's that?

but just in case, you might be vit D deficient, take some cod liver oil couple of time a day for like the next week.
