    Dear god-YES I had medium length hair, pyscho thick, and they gave me a spiral perm. It was so bad, i tried to wash it out immediately, and it was so bad that i could hardly comb it. After a few days, it took me 2 hours to comb out the knots/mats. It was horrible! LOL
