When I was little, I had a vague recurring nightmare, and I couldn't even describe it. There was nothing tangible, no people or distinguishable sounds, no places, or even colors. There was just this dark oppressive and scary feeling, either as if something was coming, or I was someplace scary, but could tell where or what. Many year later, I would have the same nightmare whenever I had the flu or fever

Oh my gosh! that's a horrible thing to have to relive, I'm sorry for your loss and wish you the ability to find peace. It is clearly on the top of your mind did this happen recently I'm so sorry.
My nightmare can't relieve your pain. It is a nightmare that I used to have as a child, and as an adult wonder if it isn't a past life experience. The details don't ever vary, I am screaming or pleading for my mother to help me as I am prodded into a chamber with others older and younger then myself. My mother seems to be outside this chamber and not with me, though as the dream goes on I feel her attempting to comfort me before everything goes black. I wonder if in a past life part of my spirit may have been a holocaust victim?Like (2)

I can't imagine the pain and loss that you have experienced. No one should have to loose their parents at such a young age. Well it's been a very long time. I'd have to say that they stopped in my early teen years 14 or 15, once my conscious and thus my unconscious had other things to be concerned with. It was such a vivid dream is has stuck with me all these years. But it's given me a very open belief that there is a connection. I know your connection with your parents had to be a true and unconditional love, and that is why they are still so vivid in your mind. I hope that some day, you can find the love that they would want you to have so that you can go on living as they would wish you too.Like (1)

Yes.
Me walking naked on public.
I know exactly why I had this recurring (like 100's times) dream.
Actually it's easy to answer this question about any nightmare.Like (1)

its the brains way of de-sensitizing you to your trauma...the brain relaxes during dreams so let it relax and dont take your dreams serious...after your desensitized you will accept it and only relive the good things ....therapy works at helping to desensitize you also ..good luck I lost 6 family mambers is 2 years....
