Its easy to pick on Americans for lots of things, in spite of the fact that it help the world together tfor decades and still has a lot going for it. But for the rest of us you might as well have elected Ronald McDonald and be done with it. The man is a living caricature of every presidential mistake and shifty device ever seen in the movies.

    To 17rants:

George Bullshit couldn't be re-elected because he was never elected in the first place.

George Bullshit was _appointed_ pResident in 2000, with fewer votes than Gore and a recount of Florida was prevented by a rightwingnut supreme court, led by Scum Liar Scalia. If a recount had been done, Gore might have been the winner.

In 2004, George Bullshit was selected pResident by Diebold. Of all the states which had "electronic voting", only one state - Arizona - went to John Kerry. Arizona was also the only "electronic voting" state which gave receipts - in other words, Arizona was the only state where an actual recount could have been done. In the others, the "totals" that favoured Bullshit could have all been frauds, and there would be no way to know. And in the states where there were no receipts the exit polls (voters asked outside of voting stations), there were discrepancies between the exit polls and the "official" results.

Speaking as a Canadian, your electoral system and your political culture completely baffle me. Bush started a 10 year long war based on a pretence of bad intelligence. That's beyond the pale. He's also dumb as a ******* stump.

The republican party has sunk so low even their own children are abandoning them en mass. I'd have to say Bush is the least of their sins at this point. At least in some respects he's a likable guy.

That man is a "dry drunk" who's mental faculties are impaired. I am also amazed that we reelected Ronnie (brain dead) Reagan when it was obvious that his mind was going and he was mentally imbalanced.

I am not responsible for electing him. I voted for the other guys. I still don't know if my vote was counted.

I kind of like the "his family made sure he stole the election" theory. Much more salacious.
