Have you ever heard of Ham gravy?

I do'nt mean a glaze but actual pan gravy made from the drippings from the meat.

No. I would assume that's just gravy. I'm sure you could make gravy from any meat juices. I always slow roast my pork (loin joints) in a little water to keep the meat soft, and lift off the lid and turn the heat up just for the last half-hour to crisp the crackling.
