    My gran has real bad breathing and when I'm having a conversation I start to copy the pattern? lol

    Yes, when I worked at an extremely stressful job I would do this a LOT. Especially at work when I was walking around the office or had to go to my evil boss with something.

    Please be careful: that can become a serious problem because the oxygen to your brain and vital organs is less than it should be.
