Several. And I dunno, they're people. Most I've met have been very nice.
Aside from some cultural similarities (they've mostly been Lebanese) I try not to say "All Arabs are like this".Like (5)

Lots and lots over the years. I had a Palestinian room mate in school. All of them, with the exception of the Tunisians, were happy and up-beat. I now have a number of Arab neighbors. They are not quite as outgoing as those of earlier times, can't blame them.
