Sometimes big questions don't have little answers, and can be answered better by breaking the question into smaller parts.

I do that at times. It's a quality thing and process of elimination.



"Do we have something that works better than this thing?" "What are you trying to do with it?" "I'm trying to get into this thing to get that other thing out." "Why does that thing have to come out?" "Because it's broke." "Why do you say it's broke?" "Because it is" "Why can't you get in there with that thing?" "Because it isn't long enough to reach." "Have you tried taking the cap off and then using that thing?" "Oh I didn't know the cap came off. Thanks." You get the point...maybe.
