    the seatbelts are just there to make you feel better.

    its physiological if a planes heading to the ground from 30.000ft what difference is that little seat belt going to make

    I've never focused too much on seatbelts as most of my attention is directed towards my fear of flying in general. Quickest way to get from point A to B, but prefer feet closer to ground level.

    I am not a total idiot, however I always struggle with their restraints. That's even after watching the Skyhosts show me what to do...

    They need to be puny, if you hit something at the speed a plane is travelling. and the seatbelt didn't snap it would slice you in half lol
