Don't know for sure. Talked a mutual friend into giving me the gun he had gone to get. He was drunk and very upset.... maybe I saved my own life too.

yes first we had a curse off first and then some girl told us he was depressed and about 2 kill himself and we asked him y and he said he was driving with his five year old sister and he got into a car crash and didn't protect her and his parents said it was his fault and all that crap and we told him that it wasn't and his parents were just upset and she's in a better place so he shouldn't be sad and he decided not to kill himself

Yes, I saved this girl's life a month ago. I pushed her out of the way so she didn't get run over by a lady backing out of a parking lot at 30 mph. Luckily neither one of us got hurt.

JUST BEFORE CHRISTMAS I HEARD SCREACH OUTSIDE MY HOUSE LATE AT NIGHT. AN OLD MAN HAD BEEN HIT BY A MOTORCYCLE. HIS FOOT WAS RIPPED OFF. I RAN DOWN AND STOPPED THE FLOW OF BLOOD LOSS. EVENTUALY WHEN THE AMBULANCE TURNED UP AND TOOK OVER IS WHEN I REALISED WHAT I HAD DONE. SAVED HIS LIFE. THEY HAVE NOW PINNED HIS FOOT BACK ON AND HE IS ON CRUTCHES. THE MIRICLES OF SURGEONS AMAZES ME. I THOUGHT THE GUY WOULD BE DISABLED FOR THE REST OF HIS LIFE. WOW.

I thought I was being a ***** when I got into the bus and decided to sit next to this lady that looked super annoyed because there were more empty seats. I was like "win for me HA!" Then the lady closed her eyes and BOOM! Her head landed on my lap. I started moving her and noticed she began convulsing...she was having an epileptic seizure. I yelled for the bus to stop. Then i pulled out my phone with my left hand while holding her head with my right hand to call 911...minutes later the EMT arrived.

I talked my best friend out of suicide, and made her get rid of everything she was going to use to do it. So in a sense I guess I did but it was more than a life it was my best friend. The people who love her, none of us could live without her.

I saved a cat's life with money, and I saved a lizard's life by picking it up and lifting it out of a stairwell where it was trapped, and I saved a salamander's life when I rescued it from that same stairwell.

I am not sure any of these count but a few times.
When i was a kid, a girl down the street got stuck in the spring time thaw, and she was up to her waist in mud and sinking. I got some plywood and crawled out and pulled her free.
Then when I was 15 an older guy was playing near a damn, he slipped and fell into the fish ladder. He couldn't get out, his head was underwater just his hand sticking out. I climbed down on the edge of the ladder, my friend held my belt in the back and I leaned in and felt around till i found something to grab, it was his long hair, I grabbed and pulled as hard as I could. he was unconcsious, and we carried him up to the parking lot. Someone had called 911. We laid him down and cleared the water from his throat. I did not know CPR, but knew I had to clear airways. Once they were clear, be began breathing on his own.
As an adult, I pulled my 5 yr old off the bottom of a pool, and got him breathing again.
I really should take a CPR class!
I have a few others, but maybe I will write them as stories!

When I was around 12 actually. My aunt, who has a lot of medical issues that leave her disabled and in contant pain overdosed on her pills. Found her hallucinating in the bathroom, with puke and pee and everything else that a person could do really. Managed to lift her(not really sure how at the time) and bring her to the bed and then call 911. She survived, but if I hadn't been there I don't know what would have happened

I came home from work one day to have lunch with my wife. She choked on a bite of food and couldn't dislodge it herself. She stood up and I performed the Heimlich on her and dislodged the food. Another time, we were at a birthday party and there were people all around the pool. My son fell in (he was 3 and didn't know how to swim). No one noticed but I happened to look over to see him flailing under the water. I jumped in and grabbed him before he had been in long. These were incredibly scary moments!
I don't know whether to call this family lucky or unlucky!

Actually, yes I have. I was at a company party and a guy started to choke on some food. I gave him the Heimlich maneuver. After that he was kind of embarrassed and avoided me all the time.
