Have you ever seen a miracle, and what was it?

I could answer that on several levels.

on one hand I agree with pukirehe life in its entirety and full fledged glory is manifest all around us, it's merely in seeing it.

then there are miracles of which we are part, a healing blast of white light coursing through you, a life saved on account of some divine intervention, or a resurrection from the dead to console ones followers, these are miracles as well.

some can be explained by science - though not to be explained away by it, I think. Some cannot.

I have seen miracles, and they are profound.

I have an ex that admitted she was wrong one time....just like a grown up...it was wild.

I see one every day. My son has many medical issues and just turned two. At one time we didn't think he would make it passed two weeks!

My eldest daughter is a miracle. She had a massive stroke at birth.. every part of her left side didn't work.. her little eyes couldn't turn left even... she was bright purple and they couldn't get her temp up.. they told me there was no hope for survival.. then they said that she would live but could not explain why but that she would never be normal.. a year later they told me she was above average.. 7 years ago she made me a Grandmother... The hospital called her the walking wonder.. and she is wonderful!

in a way i believe i was part of one, i was 15, had just fallen under a 6 ton telescopic forklift (head under machine), managed to turn around and drag myself from under it bbefore the front wheels caught me (only just made it though). ambulance could not find the farm because we are situated in a valley in the middle of no-where, when i finaly got to the hospital they were already planning on sending me to london (a flight that i would not have survived, luckily the only surgeon on duty stopped that and operated. i suffered, puctured lung, cracked and broken ribs, broken elbbow (protruding through skin) and had 2/3 of my liver removed.
