Ofcourse, But a ufo is a unidentified flying object. It doesnt mean flying saucer or alien, thats just one of the many things it can be.
Have i ever seen anything that i consider extra terrestial in the sence of another intelligent race. No.

I thought I saw flashing lights, turns out it was a dream though, guess I sleep walked outside and fell asleep in the grass.

no , and no little green men or grays either but i have seen of God and that is real , although because there are so many cases of sightings and other things related to outer terrestrials i'm inclined to believe that they are real too
