Funny you ask, I'm trying to plan a weekend yoga/meditation/reiki/reflexology/massage retreat with some friends over the summer. I've never been to one, but it's something I've been wanting to do for a few years now and imagine it to be a very refreshing experience. The couple who runs the program does it out of their home and they are the nicest people I have ever met in my life!

yes. powerful. always a renewal of spirit and vigor. and usually some inexplicable event(s). those locations, themselves, can be powerful.
