I'm in the middle of a lawsuit because a company big rig truck smashed full speed into the side of my car.

    i sued a contractor for bad work and got zippo but at least he lost his job and had to leave the country so as not to repeat his scam.

    he had done poor work for a while but i guess i was the first to report him and it all caught up to him.

    hang in there, my exwife got over 15,000 dollars when a car backed into her and almost crushed her leg, after everybody got paid she had over 7,000 dollars, could have got more but she was quick to settle.
