Many times; it's called karaoke where i live though!
I always get roars of laughter when i perform, but i never seem to leave them wanting more. Odd really....lol

I have thought about it! My dear mother has encouraged me to give this kind of performing a try!

I might do a stand-up comedy routine on one of the future
"open microphone nights" at our local coffehouse!

I don't like to do humor that puts people down; I like to do
conceptual humor; additioanlly, I enjoy some gentle self-directed humor!

Life is certainly full of humorous material!

No, but I've been the Master Of Ceremonies for an event or two. I tried to tell a few jokes. It's tough.
As in all performance art, rehearse, rehearse, rehearse. And don't take any reaction personally.
