I turn my phone off just so I don't have to talk to anyone for days sometimes anyways.

NO i hate going through them. . im always looking at it hoping that theyll call me .
and when i get a call ill stop crying and automaticly think its them..

Would you have felt better,if he had called a hundred times and was Miserable? If you turn it off .turn it off and don't look back,don't play games. It will just make you both Unhappy.

Thats what I always do, it's easier not to be reminded of it by the outside world. Besides, you need some cool down time.

Yeah. After breakups I get really secluded and don't want to be seen by anyone.
