    I had the extreme of "religious/faith" and found it was not very pleasurable; going for the other extreme now; with some moderation of course. I still have morals!!!!

    Personally, over the years, I've grown far less materialistic, and much more appreciative of simple, non-material pleasures. In other words, my spiritual faith gives me pleasure.

    Yes, I find that following no established religious credo greatly reduces any feelings of guilt that I may have otherwise had trying to enjoy living my life.
