That's great, but so far the research into stem cell therapy hasn't found an effective delivery system and there is evidence it can promote cancer. It may turn out in the future they use it for severe brain trauma and then have to cure the cancer afterwards. Not exactly a cheap or inviting solution and not something you would use unless absolutely necessary.

Medicine is already huge business and the new scientific frontier. Cancer and stem cell research won't be cut as long the government at least allows it to continue.
