I met many of them at college, Some came and spoke, or I met them through our music department. Spike Lee was a classmate. And I met Michael Moore this year when he came to Oakland.
I was with several people, but he was very down to earth with everyone.
little jimmy dickens, porter wagner, justin beiber, the undertaker and paul bearer, gretchen wilson, marty stuart, garth brooks, big and rich..... and more i am sure,, i just cant remember...
mostly country singers,,,, they are always running around here in nashville...
the uindertaker was cool,, he was at opryland and i was prolly 13 or 14 and a huge wrestling fan :) they were set up giving autographs and pictures,,, both of them were super nice!
Does Keith Urban, Tiny Tim and Don "The Dragon" Wilson count?
He's wonderful! I got to spend about an hour with him, just chatting about martial arts and some of the movies he's made and about my son, who had just gone into the Army and would be in Korea for his first Christmas away from home. My son also studies Martial Arts and Don Wilson signed a photo with a message on it just for my son. We also had several pictures taken together, which I still have. Don Wilson is a very down to earth person, very humble and very polite and it's something I will never forget.
I have met Anne Rice (at a book signing), Tiny Tim (in a grocery store), "Gordon" from Sesame Street (at a shopping mall), Alan Jackson, John Anderson, Aaron Tippin (I live in Tennessee, and lots of country singers live around here), and Dolly Parton (I grew up in her hometown and she does the Christmas Parade every year).
Me too!! I met her in Nashville when she was doing the book signing tour for 'Memnoch The Devil'. She was wearing a long black robe and an Egyptian headdress.
I met Paris and Nikki Hilton before they were famous. I was staying at the Waldorf Astoria and they stopped me to ask about a convention that was there. They lived in Waldorf towers at the time. I am not a fan and Paris was rude, but her sister was pretty nice.
I was rude right back and she got frustrated with me using word she couldn't understand so she walked away and said "come on Nikki!" Nikki looked at me and told me good luck and she kinda looked embarrassed that her sister was such a numbskull

They were all really nice people, as well but I'm jealous about meeting Joan Jett. I love her!
Unfortunately, I didn't meet Jason Mews but Kevin Smith was really awesome. He stopped to have a full on conversation and gave me tips about screen writing. He's a really nice guy.
I know, it seems like he's just a library of anecdotes sometimes. Haha. But that's the best part of him, he's just a guy who loves telling stories ...really funny ones.
I met Dee, he is a cool cat.
no, and I am so jealous you've met all those people! Nick Guerra follows me on twitter though... he's not famous, but he was on comedy central once... lol. That's probably the closest I'll ever get. Speaking of Nick, he's pretty funny >>http://youtu.be/r9vxz38JON4
I've met a few...most were very nice...but Paul Newman was a complete asshat and so was Dianah Ross.
Paul Newman was the worst. My son and I had pit passes for a race that his racing team was in. My son who was 12 at the time, thought he was one of the drivers and asked him for his autograph. Newman started screaming obscenities....and ranting about how he wasn't going to sign anything for anyone because it would just end up on ebay.....making money for lowlife scum.
Dianah I met a charity fundraiser. She was obnoxious....belittling the catering staff....complaining about how much of her schedule the appearance was taking up.
In both cases I was thoroughly disgusted.
Smiling...12 year olds are resilient.....and the other celebrity drivers he met more than made up for it. Mario Andretti in particular, was really nice. He let my son sit in one of his cars, try on a racing helmet, and let us take pictures with him.
I met Larry Hagman on the set of Dallas , he was rude & full of himself.
I've met Lone Ranger & Tonto & Roy Rogers - very cool.
And a few Dallas Cowboy stars & they were kind.
I met Penn and Teller. Really nice guys.
i had a game of kirby with ste gerrard about 5 years ago, i was brought up on the same estate as him. (kirby is throwing the ball and seeing if you hit the kirb lol!)
We have one in common.
I met Kenny Rogers and his family.
My mother has met Jack Black.
I have met a bunch...
But my all time favorite run in was with Big George Foreman!
He initially tried to run away from me...but since I am quick (and George is slow), I caught up to him fairly easily. Once I met up with him, even though I am a big strong guy...George made me feel small (I rarely feel small next big guys). He was extremely nice to me too, he invited me to tag along with him (which I graciously refused out of respect to him).
yes, famous people are just like the rest of us.
I never understood people who are star struck. silly
