Have You noticed sometimes Paypal does double dipping?
takes from the bank account when item is ordered. And later takes another withdrawal when I'm is paid for. This has happened more than once to me. NothingI can do about it. Also they charge for credit card use even if you don't have a credit card. I have a debit card and they keep calling it a credit card.

They have never done it to me but I know others who have claimed the same. Once they were hacked by Anonymous I closed my account with them. They had become rather annoying too, they use to guarantee your purchases but I had more recently been notified that they would not do so and no refunds were possible while using them. Then they kept chaning their Terms of Service requiring me to read 100 pages rather than simply notifying me what had changed. I closed that account and have never once needed it since.
