... from what I've studied ... both in the "normal/mainstream" world, and that of "channelers" and channeled information, all indications are (in my mind) that aging is a result, in part, of the same thing that makes us have an easy time of staying up late, or not. As long as we are enjoying what we are doing, we channel more energy from our "source" ..God, The Universe, Spirit, Allah, Buddha, or whichever Deity or entity or institution, or whatever it is that one might consider to be his source for sustenance. So, if we find ourselves doing something that we do not have a continuing interest in, we tend to grow weary of it, and so... want to go to sleep or do something else. All other things being equal, our results have a lot to do with our beliefs, so if we firmly believe that "after 9:00 p.m. we need to go to sleep or we will suffer", we may well get tired, and find all sorts of reasons (fatigue, included) that we must cease our activity and go to sleep for rest. ...have you ever noticed that people who are up in age, but are "young" in behavior and/or appearance, are also more "interested" in their life and what they busy themselves with??? ... again our belief systems come to play also.

If so than i really am up a creek. Though i belive it really depends on alot of factors, not just age.

no I like to fall asleep right after sex too...I just wish I had more of that as a problem than staying awake.

I doubt it. I'm more nocturnal than ever and don't require a whole lot of sleep.
