Yes I do... recommended it to everyone? Hmmm... Maybe not everyone. But if you've got a guts and love outdoor sport like me I'll recommended it to you!
I thinks it a good way to releasing yourself from day to day activity cause you can feel the adrenalin flow over your blood. And it's feel so damn great.. :)

By the way did you do it too? Maybe we can share our experience!
I climb many place all over this world but still I need a suggestion for a good spot to do rock climbing. :)

I've gone indoor rock climbing a couple times free style all the time, I've always wanted to go zip lining, but I'll pass on the bungee jumping! I've also gone para sailing and hot air ballooning.

I tried rock climbing- great way to overcome my fear of hieghts and push my body. I would like to try zip-lining. I have no interest in bungee jumping.

I had to do a bit of rock climbing at a camp I went to. But since I had been rowing the day before my hands had blisters on them. Made rock climbing a tad difficult. But it was still fun ... and a mate recently told me I should try bungee jumping, which surprised me, because I hadn't pegged her as the type to enjoy it.
