Yes...used to play Bingo all the time in the 90's...

I won many times, pull tab cards....won 250.00, 500.00, and 750.00...ALL IN THE SAME NIGHT!

On New Year's Eve, 1999, I won 1200.00 (their jackpot), on the last game of the night....Not a bad way to bring in the new year....then, 6 mos later, did it again....

Won a television contest (there were 3 winners)...I won Everybody Loves Raymond, season DVD set.

Won some movie tickets...and 100.00 from a radio contest....

Won a lottery ticket 100.00

I won a dance contest...the "nightmare dance". The song was "hey baby, que paso"

It was my proudest moment.

At Secondary School (11-13) I won a book for being Class Swot.

Americans please note, a swot is a nerd.

i won "sexiest female costume" once at a halloween party. unfortunately i was dressed up as mike piazza after getting beat up by roger clemens.

I was in the annual concert at Teachers Training College, and put on my "sound effects act", using my mouth and the microphone to emulate trains, cars and planes passing, horses galloping and shots being fired. I won the main prize of a nice rug (in a cold climate, so it was welcome!) Next day at assembly the principal said he took up the mike with some trepidation, remembering the happenings of the night before... [boast, boast ]

one time in atlantic city,i won 855.00 playing blackjack.and then with 1 dollar i won 127.oo at the slots.
