    Corners is a good game
Pick a topic, place a sheet of paper in each corner of the room with a word on it. You need four other cards with the same name on. Kids run around to music when the music stops they run to a corner. Pick one of the cards out at random and the corner that has the same name on the card, the kids stood in that corner are out.

Scavenger hunts are usually a big hit at birthday parties. Just keep the items simple and easy to find since she is only 4.

They could play cold war! This game is great it takes a long time so there shouldn't be a need to play anything else. First you divide the children into two groups (generally each group should have similar ideals) Then you tell one side the other has threatened them. This part is key you now need to provide each side with defensive tools of equal protective capabilities. For the rest of the party you arrange conferences between elected officials and make sure that they discuss their issues, but never allow them to come to a truce. At the end of the party you take all the cake and candy from one group of children and give it to the other. COLD WAR!
