Resolved Question

Having troubles sleeping?

I went to bed, just now got back up. I can't sleep. Have had a bad cold that now is just down to this annoying cough and every time I lay down I cough. UGH! Any advice? I tried steamy shower, taken medicine etc and nothing seems to stop it.

Mary: I could watch boring movies all day long and all night long, it's not going to hinder this annoying cough. Are you stoned? :P

vivaldi and nyquil always does the trick for me

my grandmother uses sleepy time tea it has chamomile in it i know that works for some people.

if you have a lazyboy you could try sleep sitting up (to help with the cough) put something really dull on the tv like infomercials or such

Watch something really boring and pointless on TV. Fox news comes to mind.

go to the store and buy a bottle of vitamin C.
I used to take 4 in the morning and 2-4 in the evening. Worked wonders .. with the addition to Tylenol Cold PM liquid form. I mean my cold was gone :: snaps :: like that. Never had a cold be gone so fast before. It's not gonna happen over night though, but sooner is better than later right?

Watching The Remake of THe Women or the Tavels of the Red Ballon , guarantees permanent catalepsia.

I am trying zolpidem this week but I am very much aware of the side effects but it would be nice to go to bed earlier than 5am.

If your case is not so bad, have a warm cup of mik sweetened with honey behore you go to bed.

And tell your nasty neighbour to keep the music dow, down, down.
Good Lck
