YES YES YES - one of my fav's. Greatest love song ever

Best Answer

One of the top 20 for sure....George Jones is a crooner. Is he from the southern states, Victor?

Best Answer

He is, as are a large majority of country singers. George is from Texas. Tammy was from Mississippi and after they were married, their home was in Alabama, where their daughter still lives.

Best Answer

Ah, a Texan...Figures...I miss Texas every day....

George sang that song, didn't he? Not sure if it's and all time in my book, but it's at least up there!

Best Answer

George was the first. Johnny Cash and a few others covered it.
