head down on a table...I mean rest for a while.. or if u have panadol...pain killer tablet...u may take it..
close ya eyes for few minutes and take deep breaths, it should increase ya oxygen levels and help in headache
Natural stuff like drinking water or fresh air are supposed to help...personally for me my headaches are bad so its straight to the migrane pills and sleep if its only just started.
aspirin? turn off the lights in your office, lower light always helps me.
