I guess it depends on the spec of each vehicle, the condition of them both and the use to which you want to put them to.
I must admit the Jag is my immediate preference, simply because of the whole "head turning" thing :)Like (2)

It's a matter of taste. Personally I'd take a classic Jag, but I like old cars.
