Are you under stress? If so, learn and practice stress reduction techniques. Might you have a vitamin deficiency? Vitamin D is one that is important to memory and many, many people are low in this vitamin. There may be others, too, but that's the one I recall off the top of my head.
Why then? That may help pin down the right answer.
