Are you sexually active? Maybe you are having a miscarriage.
Were you pregnant and had a baby? had an abortion? Then it is normal.
Are you on the pill? If so, did you continue taking the pill to skip a period? If so a longer period is normal.
Are you anemic? Did you just have your uterus scoped?
ANYWAYS, my point is there are many reasons for longer periods... with your limited detail it's like you are asking for a fortune teller or psychic to answer your question.
If you are extremely worried that something is wrong than go to your doctor and get your answers answered by a professional.
You should really see a doctor!!!!! I'm trying to scare you but I know cancer can do that. Seriously see a doctor ASAP!!! I could be nothing but 3 weeks is a little too much!
Well, woman....go straight to the doctor immediately....
This happened to me and I found out that I had an ectopic pregnancy...which burst forcing me to have the burst fallopian tube removed...and also the loss of the twin pregnancy that I was carrying.....very painful and very sad and alot of down time...even needing a blood transfusion....
NOW BE CLEAR, IM NOT A DOCTOR, IM NOT SAYING THIS IS WHAT IS HAPPENING TO YOU...but clearly something is not right....you really need to not waste time though go see you gp or obgyn....today...please..this is your health....they may say its normal...but find someone that will investigate it to your satisfaction, get a second opinion...ok? also you will probably be very low in iron...and energy...eat well get rest...go to the doctor..do not pass go..do not collect $200...it could be nothing, it could be a cyst, it could be a failed pregnancy in early stages, it could be any number of things....rest your mind see someone immediately....hugs...
Woman "fall to the communists" in many different ways and there is no normal wazy to get the paints in . Just go with the flow and youll be fine.
Have you started or stopped any hormonal birth control? It could be that your hormones are out of whack, or it could even be a cyst. See your doctor, hun.
Call your gynocologist right now! Ask to speak to the nurse so she may be able to get you in to see the doctor ASAP. Don't wait ever when it comes to your reporductive health!
go to a doctor now. you could be missing the hormone to stop it and losing too much blood.
