Hes been out all night drinking when he finally walks throught the door what should i do?

This doesn't sound healthy....not for you, or for any of your children....

I was married for 23 years, to the father of my 4 kids....the last 5 or so, he started to drink, and it got worse and worse, and he refused to get help....(said he didn't have a drinking problem, and could handle it himself)....

I ended up divorcing him, because what my kids were seeing/hearing, was much worse than coming from a broken home...

You need to make a better life for yourself, and your children....they deserve a better childhood than this....and you are probably crying a lot, fighting a lot, etc....to where, one day...you will look back, and wonder where their childhood went....it's passing you by, and you are too focused on the alcoholic you have living with you......

You need to tell him that the drinking has to stop....he needs to get help, or you and the kids are gone.....then, get into some counseling for yourself.....and make sure that if he does do it again....you really do go....make a believer out of him.....

It's better to come FROM a broken home, than to live IN one....

That depends on your goal. If you want to get him pissed off, so that he says things that he doesn't mean, and that you will both regret, confront him.
Otherwise, wait until tomorrow. Then, let him have it if you want to.

Leave him to sober up and tell him his behaviour is totally unaceptable.

I have a feeling that because he tells you that your feelings are invalid, that you need someone to tell you that it is ok to be angry at him and that you should not allow him to do thins to you. You know that you deserve to be treated better, that is why you angry, so let him know it! Make him hear you. Do not be a doormat or he will walk all over you as he is right now. A relationship is not 50:50, it is 100:100 and he is only giving about a 10 at this point. Stand up and let him know that things are going to change because you say they will! This is your relationship to and he is neglecting you and your kids.

You again. He felt that he had to get drunk before he came in to face the life and woman that he has. Here you are on a computer complaining about a man that doesn't want to be with you. He's not thinking about you or those kids or he would have been home when you expected him. What a life you two have together! I wouldn't want to be in your shoes or his either.

be elsewhere. Then make it permanent unless he stops. Drinking seems fun when you do it but when you watch someone else do it then it is tragic. Best wishes

sit him down, take off his shoes, heat up his dinner and massage his shoulders while he eats. Then, give him a nice bj and maybe some anal.

I'm guessing he does this a lot and you've told him how you feel about it. That's what I'm basing my reply on.

I wouldn't let him "walk through the door". Pack him a bag and lock him out. He'll either see the light and clean up his act or he won't. Either way, you'll get your answer and won't have to keep putting up with that bs. He's gonna keep doing it as long as you keep allowing it.

I guess there is another way ... my mom did this to my dad. She told him that if he went out drinking she was going to drink the whole time he was out. She wasn't a drinker. One night he came home "fall-down drunk" and she couldn't help him because she was "passed-out drunk" on the bed. Scared him sober! He never did it again! lol Way to go mamma!
