Hey, anybody out there do Zumba? How long does it take to see some effects on your body with that exercise?
I've been doing cardio/core workouts for 2 hours a day for a week now, and I'm hoping it will eventually tone down my midsection, especially around my lower back. How long does it take to start seeing some results? Like three weeks?
I of course eat a healthy diet of 2000-2200 calories - ba
Anybody else have some good results that they'd like to share to keep me motivated? :)
