Coffee is something to wake you up but protein and fiber is something you need also. So nuts,breakfast food, fruit and water is reliable.
Meat is a protein also and no it doesn't mean you need to eat more it means you need to start eating the right things.
Coffee, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, and orange juice usually does the trick, but I'll never have the energy I did at your age. ;}
Uh, no... They come in tablets usually, found at larger or specialty health food stores... I only take them because I am allergic to caffeine and suffer from chronic fatigue.
Take a shower.Let my hair dry.Then go to sleep.
