Hey girls n women, how to keep face clen h healthy?

I wear make up every day and wash it off every night - I love makeup (it makes me feel good and look good) with it or without it (I dont look older or younger) - Like anything you do ... "JUST DONT OVER DO IT" I dont put creams and toners and moisturisers on my face - I wash it with soap and I am not a walking pimple!

a good cheap cleanser for your face is baby wipes. They are gentle on the skin, well they have to be to wipe baby butts don't they.

I got that tip watching some tv show. Lots of actors use them to get stage make up off.

This is the only thing that you spend real money on. Go to a dermatologist and get the right wash, toner, moisturizer for your skin. Do it now. Never wear make up and wash your face every night even if you're so drunk your teeth are hitting the porcelain. Look at fifty year old men and their skin is beautiful--their hair is silver cause they don't color it, but their skin without cream looks ten times better than a woman's cause they didn't wear make up. Stop it. Any woman can look good at twenty or thirty--you aren't gonna look so good at fifty and believe me you will get there. So, unless it is really important teach yourself to get by with a dab of under eye concealer and a touch of blush and some vasoline on your lips. You'll thank me later. Your eyes are your soul, but if they are covered in color and liner and mascara no one can see them--do you get that?

I wash my face with Aloe gentle foaming facial wash followed by toner and moisturiser from the same range. Once a week I exfoliate with Aloe gentle exfoliant and also once a week use a seaweed clay mask. All from Body Shop.
