you're okay. You realy are! do some breathing meditation: sit still, breath slowly, and focus on your in-breath. Every time you inhale, observe to yourself, "breathing." When a thought distracts you, observe "thinking," and then gently bring your focus back to your breath. When something around you distracts you (a dog barking, for instance), say to yourself "dog barking," and then gently bring your focus back to your breath again. Do this for at least five minutes. Then get outside and walk. Get some exercise. See people. Talk to them if you can. WHen you get home again, do the breathing meditation, immediately. Do it as often as you need to until you're feeling centered and in control again.

I've been there before. Be it overbearing parents or unrelenting peer pressure, it can be overwhelming. The key is to realize that it's only temporary and things do get better. People DO care about you, they just don't always show it the right way. I had to learn that about my dad over the years.
