Right now all I believe is love is something people created to lower the guard of another person to get something they want from them.

Yes ma'am, most definitely. When/if you ever find the right one, you will know it. Love then simply takes a hold of you and when it does, you will know. Now I'm not saying that love can't hurt, because it most definitely can and does.

Yes I love many things, my children,grandchildren,friends....love always hurts in some way, when those loved ones are hurting we hurt that's love but mostly think of the warm glow you feel inside when you truly love something it is worth while it reminds you your alive inside...

There are different kinds of love. There is the love you have for your car, pets, friends, family, children, etc. The love you have for a spouse or significant other is a little different. You can live without your pets and collections (sports things, magazines, or anything else you collect), but when it comes to your spouse, you feel that you cannot live without them. Love is the feeling of "butterflies" in you stomach at just the thought of your spouse, or the emptiness inside you get when they are gone for just a few minutes. When you have been around your spouse/significant other all day and you want them to leave for a few so you can have some space alone and they walk out the door to go to the store for something, you start missing them and wishing they would hurry back after only 10 minutes or so, that is LOVE.
