That's not possible...there's going to be a perfectly innocent question or three that's gonna upset SOMEBODY SOMEWHERE. Somebody misreads somebody's post, misunderstands somebody else's meaning, still another gets insulted by a reply to their answer to another EP post...you get the picture.

That's right. And you can listen to music, but don't play it so loud that it bothers other people in public places. And you can walk down the street, but don't walk into other people or into the path of traffic or into places that say "No access". You can use language as you choose, but if you talk a certain way in front of kids, then you are going to have a problem with certain adults who will tell you to shut up. You can throw away your trash or air your garbage...but do it with respect to other people.
