The delusions can get pretty heavy. There are a lot of things to lighten them, but try to come to terms eventually that they won't ever just go away, most likely. Medication slows the mind, it slows the body and allows it to think. Then you let yourself think. Let yourself have the delusion. Then give it away, to a higher power. This is not easy. My significant other is an incredibly strong man but this is where he is hurting, his schizophrenia. He says, I have to filter. The meds filter a little, then you think, even about the delusion. Slow down. God bless.

Are you on medication? That must be very scary I feel for ya. Take medication and don't drink any alcohol. My dad had Bi polar with psychotic features and its very hard to help him cause he drinks to self medicate only made it worse. I don't know you so I don't really know your situation all I know is medication does help. My father didn't take his and he is now in Prison for three years(Long Story) but definitely could have been prevented. Go to a Doctor. These thing are very serious and you could end up hurting yourself or other if it get out of control. Don't wait till its too Late. Please, there are so many people in prison who don't belong there. Again I don't know you , and I don't even know if this was for real but if it is, get help. Not saying your dangerous but these illnesses progress and you never know.

This isn't exactly a question, so I don't know what you want to hear. I'll tell you this though, I am sorry that you have to deal with that. I wish that you didn't.
